The Cuisinart Instant Read Folding Thermometer is a simple and effective way to check in on the readiness of your grilled meats and also read the temperature of the cooking surface. This thermometer is NSF certified; products bearing a National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) certification mark meet all standard requirements including product testing and regular inspections to verify products continue to comply with the standard (learn more at nsf.org). The 4.25 food-grade stainless steel instant read auto-on probe needs just 2-3 seconds to measure accurate temperature and has a wide range of -58F-572F (-50C- 300C). This thermometer features a foldaway probe design for storage and safety with an IPX66 water resistance rating an easy and clear reading display. MAX/MIN button to read the last highest/max temperature measured. A strong magnetic backing allows you to place it on your grill or refrigerator when not in use; also has hanging hole that can be hung on a tool hook.
