Its signature Heritage-design self-basting lid is engineered with a recessed center to hold ice creating a unique cooling effect. As steam rises during cooking it condenses upon contact with the chilled lid. Strategically placed dimples on the underside then guide the moisture back down continually basting the food and reducing the need for added liquid. Its enameled interior resists sticking staining and chipping—requiring no seasoning and offering effortless cleanup after every use.
